Lawson’s Bay park inaugurated

Minister for HRD Ganta Srinivasa Rao today inaugurated the Lawson’s Bay Park that was developed at a cost of Rs.2.65 crore. He said that a total of seven beaches would be developed on the four-lane beach road up to Bheemunipatnam. MP K.Hari Babu said such parks would help the city dwellers relax. GVMC Commission M.Hari Narayanan spoke on the occasion and explained the steps taken to develop the city.

Poster on Yoga released

Andhra University will organize various programmes as part of the International Yoga Day celebrations from June 18 to 21. Vice Chancellor G.Nageswara Rao released a poster in this connection today.
