SP says that Maoists might have beaten him as there are injuries on hands and legs

The other politician kidnapped by Maoists in the recent past was finally released. While the first of the two leaders was already released, the other Telugu Desam leader of Koyyuru Mandal K Balaiah was released in the wee hours of Sunday and he returned home on Wednesday evening said the Superintendent of Police Vineet Brij Lal said.
It may be recalled that the president of Koyyuru mandal Congress, Kone Somaiah, who was released on Monday afternoon. Maoists might have released Balaiah near Koyyuru and one person dropped him on his motorcycle at his village. According to available information given by the motorcyclist, the Maoists seemed to have have beaten Balaiah badly as there were many injuries on his legs and hands said the SP. Balaiah was in a total shock.
