Municipal Commissioner warns of consequences for failure to the penal fee

Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Commissioner (GVMC) V N Vishnu, at a meeting with the City Planning Staff, has told all that all the applicants who have used the Building Penalization Scheme (BPS) to furnish all the required documents, plans and to play the remaining panel fee before the last date of disposal - the June 30, 2010.

The Commissioner warned of action for failure to comply with it and said that higher property tax, disconnection of water tap and demolition of parts constructed in violation would be attracted.
