District Collector, J Shyamala Rao says transparency is the need of the hour

The District Collector, J Shyamala Rao on Monday speaking to media persons said that separate arrangements have been made to receive suggestions, complaints about the performance of e-Seva centres. To improve more efficient services to the people, the district administration has taken many steps. He said that transparency is the need of the hour.
He further said that a suggestion/complaint box will be set up at each e-Seva centre. District Collector said that complaints and grievances can be sent through internet and the e-mail id is viscoll@nic.in and asked the people to utilize the opportunity. He urged the general public to send their suggestion/complaints through internet also for which the district administration will promptly respond.
He added that due to frequent bands, the poor people are facing so many problems especially daily bread winners. He appealed the agitators to conduct the resentments in a peaceful and democratic manner. If the situation continues, there is a threat for industrial growth. He appealed all to extend all possible help to improve the city further more.
