Vizag Steel starts scheme to reduce accidents, Bishnoi distributes prizes for best suggestions on quality

RINL Chairman-cum-Managing Director P K Bishnoi said that a new incentive-award scheme is being proposed for the Visakhapatnam Steel Plant where in employees giving useful suggestions to reduce fatal and fire accidents would be reduced.
Bishnoi congratulated the award winners for their creative and useful suggestions at a Quality Circles program, Suggestion Schemes and 5S - 2010. VSP is reported to have benefited by saving Rs. 40 crores using the suggestions and quality measures being implemented. Various officials of the plant are present at the award distribution program.
