A Dossier on Visakhapatnam
Vivek Express comes to enlighten Vizagities of teachings of Vivekananda. Train flagged off by Mamata Banerjee.

Visakhapatnam got the privilege of a host for the Vivek Express which embarked on a journey of inspiring people with the teachings of Swami Vivekananda. The air-conditioned train was flagged off by the Union Minister for Railways Mamata Banerjee at Howrah on January 12, 2011. The train reached Visakhapatnam and will be stationed at the Railway Grounds till May 23, 2011. The exhibition will be open for public from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Indian Railways launched the special exhibition train in commemoration of the 150th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. The special exhibits are spread in five coaches of the train.
Vivek Express will be in Kakinada from May 24 and will reach Secundarabad on May 28. It will be in Khammam from May 31, at Vijayawada from June 2 and Guntur from June 6.
