Rajya Sabha member T Subbarami Reddy felicitates Spiritual and film personalities on the eve of his birthday

Rajya Sabha member T Subbarami Reddy celebrated the eve of his birthday at the Kalabharathi auditorium. In a programme organized by the TSR Lalitha Kala Parishad, a host of spiritual, film and political personalities were present.
Violin maestro Annavarapu Ramaswamy was felicitated on the occasion with a 'Swarna Kankanam', a golden anklet. Speaking on the occasion, Subbarami Reddy said that though his family is present in Hyderabad, he wanted to spend his birthday in Visakhapatnam. He said that Vizag is very close to his heart and considers Vizagites as his family.
Subbarami Reddy recited hymns of Lord Siva and said that he wanted to share the 'Eswara Shakti' given to him by God with the people. He announced that he would donate five lakh tulsi plants and will also fund for construction of a shelter for the poor at the King George Hospital.
Swaroopanandendra Saraswathi Mahaswamy, Yanamandra Venugopala Sastry, Sridhar Swamiji, Kavi Samrat Seshabhattar Sudarshanacharya, Madugula Nagaphani Sarma, Daivagna Sarma, Tiruppavai Kokila Majulasri, Singers P Sussela, Janaki, PB Srinivas, Vani Jayaram and yesteryear heroine Vanisri were felicitated on the occasion. Vani Jayaram and Singers from the city enthralled the audience with their songs.
