Dr N N Raju takes over as the new Vice-Principal as Dr. K Venkateswarlu retires

Dr N N Raju, Professor of Psychiatry took over as the new Vice-Principal of the prestigious Andhra Medical College (AMC) from Dr K Venkateswarlu who retired today.
Dr Raju was himself a student of AMC when he joined for the MBBS course. He did his MD from the Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi. He joined the AMC in 1991 after working in various prestigious medical institutions in India.
Meanwhile, Principal G Bhagya Rao inaugurated an introductory programme for the post-graduate students who joined recently in the college. A lecture by the outgoing Vice-principal Venkateswarlu on the topic of Good Clinical Practice was delivered. He was given a warm farewell by the Medical Education Cell. His services to the Cell as its Chairman and to the college were recalled by the college faculty and student community.
