In-charge VC B.Gopal visits Andhra University campus. Says full-time Vice-Chancellors to all 14 state universities to be appointed by September-end.

The newly appointed Vice-Chancellor in-charge of the Andhra University M.G. Gopal has visited the Andhra University campus for the first time after taking charge. M.G. Gopal who is also the Principal Secretary for high education said that there is not much to do for him as the in-charge VC as he would be busy as Principal Secretary. He announced that the Rector of the university P.V.G.D. Prasada Rao would discharge duties on his behalf.
Mr. Gopal garlanded the statue of founder Vice-Chancellor Sir CRR Reddy before entering the Central Administrative Office building. He cleared some important files and enquired about pending issues of the university with former Vice-Chancellor B Satyanarayana. Gopal said that full-time Vice-Chancellors would be appointed to all the 14 state universities by September-end.
