For Vizagities, ISKCON Visakhapatnam needs not special introduction. The ISKCON movement in Vizag started with the arrival of Sri Samba Das and his wife to Visakhapatam from the US in 1999. Various spiritual and devotional programs are undertaken since then with a special emphasis on Vedanta and the Gita. The ISKCON has built a peaceful temple at Sagar Nagar.
