HP Gas introduces 24 hour LPG refill booking facility

Visakhapatnam Consumers of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation's LPG connections have a news to rejoice. Gas refill bookings can now be done 24-hours a day.
HP Gas Refill booking facility is now introduced in the twin cities and Visakhapatnam. Named as HP Anytime, the Interactive Voice Response system and SMS-based will allow consumers to book new gas refills, file complaints including those of gas leakage and find status.
The consumers have to call 96660 23456 to connect to the IVRS which will guide through a one-time registration procedure. The first time registration requires the telephone number of the gas agency (landline telephone number along with STD code) and the six-digit consumer number that will be printed on the gas book. Subsequently the consumer can use the various facilities related to their connection.
This facility if available for calls made from any landline or mobile phone connection irrespective of the telephone service provider.
