Panchakarla Ramesh Babu is a politician of the Congress party. He is a Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) representing Pendurthi constituency. Ramesh Babu won the 2009 assembly elections on Praja Rajyam Party ticket with a lead of 32.9% votes. The PRP later merged with the Congress party.
Ramesh Babu has studied at the CPM High School in Chilakapudi, Machilipatnam.
