District Collector Lav Agarwal asks for detailed reports on status of Simhachalam lands. He wants reports on encroachments and illegal constructions to be included in the report.

District Collector Lav Agarwal has asked the officials of the Revenue and Endowments departments, GVMC and VUDA to prepare detailed reports about the status of lands that belong to the Simhachalam Devasthanam in the five villages. In a meeting, Agarwal said that complete details about the lands, encroachments, illegal constructions etc. must be included in the reports.
The Collector said that the two kilometer BRTS road passing through Adavivaram could be transferred to the GVMC. He also wanted the GVMC and Endowments department to provide roads, water and other basic amenities to the people.
GVMC Commissioner B Ramanjaneyulu, VUDA Vice-Chairman K Sasidhar, Joint Collector M Girija Shankar, Simhachalam Devasthanam EO B Narasinga Rao were present in the meeting.
