TDP leader and film actor Nandamuri Balakrishna says he is ready to contest against Chiranjeevi if the party high command wants him to. Unveils statues of NTR during his agency tour.

Tollywood film actor and Telugu Desam Party leader Nandamuri Balakrishna said that he is ready to contest from any constituency in the State in the next assembly elections. Balakrishna who is in a tour in the agency areas of Visakhapatnam addressed huge gatherings at Paderu and V Madugula. Speaking on the occasion, Balakrishna said that he has a huge fan following and said that the TDP also has a good support base that would help the party come into power in the next assembly elections.
Saying that that his fans were his main assets, Balakrishna said that he is ready even to contest against PRP founder and Congress leader Chiranjeevi. When asked about whether he aspires to become Chief Minister, Balakrishna said that he is an ordinary party worker and is ready to follow the directions of the party high command.
Balakrishna unveiled several statues of TDP founder, his father and former Chief Minister NT Rama Rao. He said that he joined politics to fulfill the unfulfilled dreams of NT Rama Rao and to bring back the good governance of N Chandrababu Naidu. Balakrishna was received by the district TDP leaders and Visakhapatnam East MLA Velagapudi Ramakrishna Babu received him at the airport on Saturday.
