The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) is running special services from the city to Pancharama Kshetras during Karteeka Masam and for Ayyappa devotees visiting Sabarimala.
The APSRTC Regional Manager, speaking to media on Wednesday, said that they plan to run 70 specials to Sabarimala from November 15 to January 20. He said that they have plans to operate 5,6 and 7-day package tours to Sabarimala.
The Regional Manager said that reservation can be done online at apsrtconline.in. Special buses will be operated to ‘Pancharama Kshetras’ to enable the devotees to visit famous temples in a single day. The temples included Sri Amareswara Swamy temple, Sri Bheemeswara Swamy temple, Sri Ksheera Ramalingeswara Swamy temple, Sri Bheema Lingeswara Swamy temple and Kumara Ramalingeswara Swamy temple.
These specials will start from Dwaraka bus station on November 15, 22 and 29 and December 6 to enable devotees to have darshan on Mondays.
Special buses are also being operated to Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru apart from Vijayawada for Dasara season.
