AP Eastern Power Distribution Company Ltd. introduces Spandana to address complaints.

The CMD of AP Eastern Power Distribution Company Limited Ahmed Nadeem told the media that 'Spandana' - a programme to address complaints will be held at the office every Monday. Speaking to the media, Nadeem said that directions to this effect were passed to all the employees from Circle level to the Section level.
With Spandana, the aggrieved need not visit the head office with their complaints. Rather, they can file the complaints at their regional offices. The 'Spandana' programme will be held in the offices of the five districts where the APEPDCL is in service.
Commenting on their online services, Nadeem said that it has received good response from the public. He suggested that the aggrieved cand file their complaints online for easier access. Revealing the statistics to the media, Nadeem said that 1197 of the online complaints were resolved till date. The company has received 466 complaints in 2006, 550 in 2007, 160 in 2008, 140 in 2009 and 207 in 2010. 80 out of 85 complaints received this year so far were resolved.
